While we offer significant in flexibility with the size of our buildings and our floor plans, we have preliminary plans for two matched 85,500 square foot Class A office buildings with the newest, energy-saving, environmentally conscious materials, systems and design. We can construct one building first, or, alternatively, construct one or two buildings of different sizes according to tenant needs.
